With the files that i attach here is very easy to find the components on the PCB. I want to check the values of R7, R8, R12, R14, C3 on other units. I already use a BK Butler TD with a 12 AU7 tube for a cleaner signal.

But i would maybe change R14 and R12 to the old values and listen what happens. The new RI version is better than the old one regarding PWR Supply, noise etc. You need a cranked up Plexi style amp with the Tube Driver, Echoplex, reverb, and optional compressor. Joe is 100 correct about the voilin tone. I have the 3 knob Tube Works/BK Butler model like what Andy Timmons uses. > C3: Was not identified on the guts pictures. Was this unit moded for lower gain tubes? "Tube Driver" can you please measure the bias voltage in both R7 and R8? The Tube Driver houses a preamp tube and it generates distortion by overdriving the tube rather than conventional pedal methods. > R7,R8: From the pictures the plate resistors look like 6,8k. I used the EffectsLayouts board as a guide but haven't built that one to compare. BK Butlers original hand made Tube Driver guitar pedal used by Eric Johnson, David Gilmour, Billy Gibbons, Joe Satriani, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Robbie Krieger, and many other pros. The bass pot doesn't seem to have as significant an effect as I expect - I haven't spotted an error in the tone-stack but there might be one. I'd like to try a 12AU7 in it but all I have laying around are 12AX7s. I haven't noticed the box getting warm, but I haven't had it on for more than an hour or two. It consumes about 150mA 12V, but at startup draws >350mA for some seconds as it warms up. It uses an LT1054 like EffectsLayouts design. Board-mounting the bass and treble pots instead is probably the way to go. It could use some improvement - the board isn't well supported so dropping the pedal could break the tube. The original plan was to board-mount the level and gain pots with the tube facing down and the DC jack above it, but I tried and it didn't fit.

The top-side has 3 jumpers, plus one on the daughter board. That is to say, a double-sided board isn't necessary, it's just for mechanical strength. But it's the best tube driven overdrive pedal I've ever used. But you can still get it on Amazon, probably eBay as well. I made a double-sided board so I could effectively solder wires and the daughter-board underneath, but of course there are no vias, so they still needed to be soldered to the underside. I'm not sure if anyone's making this anymore or not. I wanted to see if I could squeeze it in to a 125B, so I made a layout using ExpressPCB Plus and etched the board.
